Response time: we aim to reply within two business days.
We can walk you through registration by phone, complete a signup with you, or send program details, schedules, and forms in another format. It helps to tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or voice control.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our guide when we build and update pages. Our site does not yet fully meet that standard. We review the site regularly, fix problems as we find them, and check new pages with a keyboard and a screen reader before they go live.
Known limitations
These are the issues we know about and are working on:
- Some registration and parent portal forms do not yet label every field clearly or announce errors to screen readers.
- Some parts of the registration flow and the parent portal are hard to use with a keyboard alone.
- Some text and buttons have lower color contrast than we want.
- On school calendar pages, some session details only appear when you hover over a date.
- Some videos and moving elements cannot yet be paused on every page.
- The Spanish version covers only part of the site.
Card payments are completed on Stripe's secure checkout page, a separate service that we do not control. If you have trouble paying online, contact us and we will help you finish your registration.
