For on-campus after-school soccer, the closest Nordic Soccer campus to Tarzana is Hesby Oaks Leadership Charter in Encino, located on Hesby Street just east of the 405 freeway. Tarzana families can now train locally on Mondays at Tarzana Rec Center. Fall Development begins Monday, August 31, with four co-ed groups: ages 3-4 and TK-K from 4:10-5:00 PM, plus 1st-2nd and 3rd-5th grade from 5:00-6:00 PM. Labor Day, September 7, is skipped. The Viking Championship League, Nordic Soccer's own recreational league, runs on Sundays and draws families from across the Valley.
